EXIMEX LIMITED is a apparel manufacture and garment buying house company in Bangladesh. We have built a strong reputation since our establishment and continue to be a leading company in the country. We work closely with our valued buyers to negotiate and execute garment orders from our affiliated manufacturing units. In addition to supplying stock lots from our own sources, we also act as a purchasing agent in Bangladesh.
If you have an order and want to get a quotation, you can send an inquiry in an organized way. This is why you have to make a Tech Pack/ Development Sheet including the information given below:
Name of the product:
- Sketch or photo of the product (If any):
- Style number (If any)
- Order number (If any)
- Name of the fabric (Style-wise)
- Style-wise fabric construction or ingredient (e.g., 100% cotton, 60% cotton + 40% polyester, etc.)
- Style-wise and size-wise measurement chart
- Style-wise order quantity
- Size-wise quantity breakdown
- Expected date of placing the order
- Expected date of shipment
- Mode of shipment (Sea or Air)
- Name of the destination port
- Term of payment (L/C at Sight or TT)
- Required packing details (If any)
- Accessories requirement (If any)
- Style-wise target price (If any)
- Required quotation type (FOB/ C&F/ CIF)
Basically we provide samples against all the orders. It is our main objective to execute the requirements of the buyer in the question of the sample. We don’t go to the next step until the sample is approved by the buyer. Usually, we provide 3 types of samples against any garment order.
They are:
- Development Sample (Before the confirmation of the order).
- PP or Pre-Production Sample (After the confirmation of the order and before the bulk production).
- Final Sample/ Top Sample (After the bulk production and before the shipment).
We provide all kinds of samples to old buyers as per their requirements. In that case, we apply no charge for the sample. All of our samples are free for old buyers. From the perspective of new buyers, we apply sample-making charges and shipping charges only for Development samples. But all other samples are free for new buyers. We would like to mention here that we never include profit with the Development Sample. This sample includes making charges and shipping charges only. After the approval of the Development Sample, if the buyer places a certain order with us, we deduct the amount (which was taken for the purpose of the Development Sample) from the total order value.
